Non-magnetic Tungsten Carbide Ball
Description
Non-magnetic tungsten carbide means no magnetic or weakly magnetic carbide materials, Non-magnetic tungsten carbide ball with the properties of non-magnetic and the high density of tungsten carbide, as the hardness, T.R.S., impact toughness, corrosion resistance are hihger than other material, which are used in thermal recovery wells and sand wells areas.
Features
High hardness, high T.R.S., high impact toughness and high corrosion resistance.
Application
Widely used in thermal recovery wells and sand wells areas.
Specifications and Tolerances
The smalles size of non-magnetic tungsten carbide blank ball is Ø2mm, and the smallest finished ball is Ø1mm. The general size tolerance of blank ball is ±0.2mm, and the surface condition of finished ball is G25. But also accept customized.
